I take it back one interesting call. Will BB update listeners if his market outlook changes. Great question! I'll bet there are many who sold expecting that BB would share his return to bullish over the air. BB answer to the question? No answer. Sometimes BB is like a politician, he talks about something, but doesn't answer the question. He doesn't seem to interested in talking about the market these days.-- posted by shallam

I disagree about MSFT being a great call. It was a great stock that he had an ok call on for many, many years.
I don't care if he's right or wrong on MSFT but I don't think it's right to characterize a hold on the stock all the way up to and down from 118 or thereabouts down to 40 as great. A "great" call would have been to watch the inflections and change the status accordingly.
His call was fine, it was ok but not great.

Oh yes, and I still don't see why there is this divergence between the casino mentality of the NAS100 and MSFT.

Brinker and Bogle?? 'Give me a BREAK!', as Bob says. From one hyperbole to another. However, I think you totally miss the point of the name of the site. I believe that Kirk is referring to the 'Duke it out' nature of the discussion, and personal insults and name calling that abound on this site, as they do on the Springer show.

The fact that we post facts bothers some to no end.
You will find posts of mine that are complimentary to Brinker when he deserves it. Most say I am balanced and fair.
What is interesting is that these same "members of our community" that find time to get on our case for posting facts have no problem, as evidenced by their silence, when people call me a child molester or issue personal attacks against Rande.
Interesting type of followers, eh?
Until I see this change or get bored with the title, the title sticks. I just hope Jerry Springer is not offended.
btw, vanman has it dead on.
