You don't have to be a legal scholar as you seem to claim to see that Brinker totally changes history and the story of what he said--to fit his image of having a crystal ball. He is an easy target as is any flim flam man. He is not offering an opinion and taking credit for it being right or wrong as many of the talking heads do. He is claiming to devine the future--wanting others to pay him for doing so and then simply changing what he said to fit what happened.

He actually has more in common with late night informercials and tele evanglists hawking their wares than mainstream investment types. Thus the more he spins--and the nastier his personality becomes--the bigger the target. He'll soon be underground so you/he can relax and enjoy the feeling that nobody gives a hoot about what he thinks.

Swansong, why don't you try to make that post at his site? How long would it remain? Some of bob's biggest fans have shown up here because Bob had treated them with total disregard of their truthful statments on his poor call.

Thanks for the advice. Don't lose sight of the main issue -- it's not about Brinker. It's about the promotion of market timing and short-term trading schemes as opposed to mainstream prudent investment advice. It's about saying anything and doing anything to sell newsletters, even if it means innocent investors who don't know any better get hurt. I'm a stickler for numbers and the facts, and will never hestiate to point them out. For the most part, I like to let others draw their own conclusions from the facts, though I certainly have my bias. Finally, while I appreciate the kind words, I would appreciate them even more if you did away with the rip-off of Jack Swanson's name. I don't have a problem with people posting under aliases, what I've never liked is people posting under aliases in order to knock others. When it involves the co-opt or rip off someone else's name, it's even worse. I'm sure you understand. Peace.

I got booted off of Brinkers website over a month ago. I can still be objective though, unlike most of the cry babies over here.

Hey Deep Throat - all I did was say that I agreed with Brinker that one should spend there wealth before they die on themselves, family and charity. All the paranoids on this thread took that to mean that I endorse everything that Brinker has ever said or done. I can't believe it, what a bunch of insecure losers.
