» Kirk - Re: April 5th WSW sans Lou!

In response to message posted by DavidWShane:

I watched the show on tape last night.. I didn't tape the show from the week before so this was my first with the "sans Lou" format.

What a joke!

We read that they wanted to modernize and we had a copy of Lou's show with boring guests.

I bet they figure out the demographic issue and ask "Stuart" to host the show in the future and have the guy with "dollars coming out the wazzo" on the panel. We'll be treated to the host showing the guest how to photocopy his fortune! smile

They were so bad ACTING that they would tell this or that pun and the host would move on so fast that the pun teller looked like a geek.

This is a lose, lose situation but at least Lou is having the last laugh now. I wonder how many pledges were made and now revoked unless the PBS stations don't carry Lou's new show???

Lou, like a jilted lover, is impulsively leaping at the next golden girl. And it's a 32-year-long love he's been jilted by. As a retired social worker/counselor, I just know he hasn't worked out his anger and grief! I always used to advise recently divorced persons to wait at least six months before even starting to date again, so that they learned something from what they'd just gone through instead of repeating mistakes. Well, maybe this ain't the same....but what do you want to bet that "easy love" CNBC won't really satisfy Lou...and that glitzy young thing is going to be too much for the old stud to handle...one hour, three times/week.....whew....Lou will run out of puns and silly talk fast!

NO wonder that you are not an Investment Moron, Steve. I was wondering before as to why not and now I know why.

A bubble-marketer and entertainer like Lou didn't belong on public TV. Uncle Lou and Bull Marketing Entertainment Ticket are a perfect fit.

» Jas_Jain - Lou Trashing Greenie

On his first appearance on Bull Marketing Entertainment Ticket, that I am aware of, uncle Lou trashed Greenie as a bad ("not particularly good," in euphemistic American language) economic forecaster "in and out of government."

Thank you, Uncle Lou, for setting the record straight for Investment Morons.

Uncle Lou and Bull Marketing Entertainment Ticket are a match made in heaven.

CaptRon, I live on the outer fringe area of a smallish city in South Dakota. We have only had cable TV for about 3 years.

Jas, thanks for the heads up. I sure would not want to become one of those problem people. I do have something I would like you to consider. If the problem is as bad as you fear, might I suggest you try to get some air time on CNBC. Tell it to the World straight out. I can not think of anywhere else you are so desperately needed.
