Gawd I wish I could see into the future like ....( you know who ) and buy a 1k shares. Ow well... BOWG is acting well, but when it gets to .80...I'm selling all my expensive shares for tax loses. If I get a chance to buy them back cheaper...great. But I wasn't so smart way back when. Slick -- posted by Slick » Kirk - Re: Re: Bid vs Ask strangeness In response to message posted by Slick:on tax losses... remember you need gains to offset any in excess of $3,000 in regular income. I keep some of my expensive shares as "Tax loss coupons" and use them as needed to offset gains that I take. If you trade the volatility, often best to use cheap IRA shares. Overall, I use a mixture of both. Managing taxes is a huge way to add to your overall return.... btw, I would not advise announcing where you have automatic sells or buys here... save it for after as this stock is VERY thinly traded... -- posted by Kirk » Kirk - This is big news .http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/020521/va162... I think it means that there is significant interest in buying BOWG shares from warrant holders IF they can get a fair price. Of course, it means that there will be less competition for shares now to drive the price higher in the short term but it means there is a source of cash at roughly 625,000 x 52¢ or $325,000 to add to the $3M or so it now has.
