CNBC just had an analyst (or newsletter writer) on that listed 3 VALUE stocks to own. One name I didn't know but I sure knew HWP and Costco.

HWP is high technology and up about 50% YTD after a great 1999. How is that a value stock? 8)

COST was down nearly 50% and has much room to recover, but HWP? 8)
