It would actually be better if they really were too dumb to understand that we could STILL be in the early innings of a new era of technological innovation and communication that will have broad and lasting benefit on a global macro level, even while that reality is beyond the ability of their speculative market-timing mindset to grasp. But as long as they have an agenda of mangling the truth to their own ends what can you do but give up on them and ignore them for what they are. All you can do is continue the effort to help and inform and share with others realizing there are twisted people out there who are bent on tearing down and misinforming, rather than building up and helping others. Thankfully, most of these Internet clowns are easy to spot for what they are and aren't likely to fool or influence anyone, except maybe to unintentionally demonstrate the idiocy of their approach by example. You just can't achieve honorable goals through dishonorable means and the truth will out in the end. Brinker and B2B....too late folks. (Kirk, December 5, 1999) Kirk, I guess your site is ahead of the curve. Some great ideas have come up on this thread FDX... As Brinker tries to reinvent himself weekly on the air as the internet sage. There has also been an internet fund mentioned here tef___ something I can't remember, or perhaps I'm simply to lazy to look through the previous posts to find it. As this fund will very likely be spotlighted in Janruary's MarketTimer, could someone please help me out with the ticker. (Pete, December 12, 1999) Be careful with this fund, TEFQX, as it is going up sort of artificially. These internet stocks coming public now only release a small percentage of their shares. This means the demand far outstrips the supply of stock shares. The game is to have the insiders sell some of their shares at inflated prices before the price falls back to Earth when maybe the remaining 80 to 90% of the shares hit the market.
