Here's my pick: USXP.OB, Universal Express, Inc.I don't usually pay much attention to penny stocks. But this one looks pretty good because its subsidiary, Postal Business Center Network, has made a working agreement with E-Trade Access, a subsidiary of E-Trade Group.
This has given it high visibility of late. I found USXP.OB by looking at a list of high volume low-priced stocks here:

Sheesh - CIO sure did come close to $5! Yahoo shows it closing @ 4.95 on Friday instead of 4.99. The last news came out on June 21, so I can't explain the 2.16 (77.4%) rise and the increased volume on Friday:
