Hi Katrina - make sure you're up-to-date on validating your membership - i.e. make sure that you replied to the Suite 101 email that they sent you after you registered asking you to click on a link to validate your membership. Sometimes I think they send out additional membership validation emails so be sure and check the email address that you registered with to see if there are any emails there from Suite 101. If that doesn't work let us know.....Jen

In response to message posted by Katrina75:Katrina, a couple thoughts. What browser you using? Mine don't work with the newer Netscape 7.01 so I use IE for chat. Your Internet connection speed could bog things down if you have a dial up in the 28800 or slower range. RAM is important too if you got 128 or more that should be plenty unless you have several other windows open. Hope to see you there tomorrow afternoon.
