Millenium Chatdown

I think we should have a chat for watching the date change over. What better way to know what is happening than follow in chat? Perhaps we could get someone from England on the line to tell us really early if Europe survives the century date change?

I am not sure I can make it, but we should just have the chat open from say 5PM PST until maybe Hawaii changes to Y2K. Most should be able to drop in and say hi and perhaps we can also have a message board here to leave a “Happy New Millenium Note” to others as you pass. I'll start a new thread for this!

How to be rude and piss Kirk off in one easy step:

1. DO show up to chat and insist that Kirk have a private chat with you.

   Don’t you do that at parties? Every good host should take you into the den and help you with your investments so he can ignore his other guests! A good host would be rude to say no to your reasonable request.

   
   
2. DO ask Kirk to give you private investment advice in chat.When you go to a private party, don’t you expect the doctors that attend to listen to your heart and save you a trip to their office? I mean it is rude of them to expect an office visit where they can charge you!
   
3. DO ask Kirk to give away all his newsletter information in chat. Why should you have to spend your money to subscribe and waste time reading it?
   

Now that I have that off my chest, perhaps people will understand why I get a bit tired to saying “No” or just ignoring some people in chat who always seem to push one or more of these issues with me. We have a few people here that still haven’t gotten it and still ask me every week. Now that I have this written down here for all to see, then you won’t have to be offended when I start to ignore you or go to one word answers.

I enjoy chat. It should be like a party where we might talk about all sorts of things. If I want to do a seminar, then I will charge and do one. To me, chat is for fun and to share YOUR ideas and new things. I have a business and I do not plan to give it away for free, no matter how many people get on my case to do otherwise.
