Waves, cycles and seasons are periodic.

The first thing you need to do to convince us that Kondratieff is not bogus is tell us EXACTLY when the season started and when it will end. If you can't do this, then how can you call it a cycle or season?

I can look at a beam or light, a wave in a pond or our solar seasons and tell you EXACTLY when each period starts and stops. Some cycles are a bit less predictable, ask your girlfriend or wife, but they still are pretty easy to chart and they don't vary that much from normal unless there is some "trauma." Even your post has to speak of "trauma" to explain why real estate is not doing what is is supposed to do.
