Shame on Dr. Anand Deep, he did not mention the 2nd aspect of this conflict between India & Pakistan. This is a pro Hindu aspect of Kashmir issue. If Hindus believe in democracy,liberty,and freedom of speech, then why not these such things for Kashmiris? Whatever rules were decided for muslim and Hindus should be applied for Kashmiris. Maharaja Hari Singh was not entitled to make a decision to go with India. According to rules set by British, Muslim people were allowed to decide to go to wherever they want to. And they decide to go with Pakistan not with India.But Demoratic Hindu did not let the Kashmiris people go with Pakistan. In response to Kashmirm Problem posted by Al_Saadi:The article clearly mentions that the instrument of accession was debatable and kept interim.It was settled by an elected constitutent assembly.whatever happened after that lies wide open. I dont think the article is biased.
