Really exquisite artwork, Suzanne. I have never heard of this German-Pennsylvania art. The symmetry reminds me a bit of Escher and a bit of early Blake.I enjoy how the art you write about is art you seem to stumble upon yourself; I feel reminded, when I read your articles, that art is all around me and that I need to stop and not only appreciate it but also simply notice it more on a daily basis.
