- Thank you!
My husband and I visited the book of Kells last summer and were very impressed by the numbers of people standing in line to purchase tickets for viewing the manuscipt and with the almost humble circumstances of its display within the confines of a very small bookstore.
I spent much time viewing the manuscript - would have like to have spent more, but D.H. is not as methodic a museum goer as I so went out to wait for me so we could tour the library together. I felt it necessary to keep up and the day on track ![]()
The crowded bookstore made me clausterphobic - I didn't buy anything.
