I love and hate the holidays. I love the parties, the fun, the joy and the food, but I hate the weight gain, the stress and all that.

How are you coping with everything?

I'm noticing that my hair's a little brittle and my intolerance to cold is acting up. I'd love to hear your tips for handling the wintry weather.
