im 44yr old and cut myself.there are no groups out there to help us.the only people are the ones that do it themselfs.self harmers are outcast to others.they dont understand why we do it.they think we are mad and should be locked away.when i get the pressure inside my head i have to get rid of it.the only way is to cut myself.the deeper i go the better i feel.please e mail me if you need to talk.-- posted by shazred
