You are right Hank. I got rushed and misquoted my source. It said Chlorine Bleach will whiten the stain but not clean it. I believe they meant the stain will not be removed, only whitened. It did not mean disinfect, it meant cleaned. The original stain may be whitened and disinfected, but still remain. I used the wrong word. I apologize.
