Here is my article on pickling/preserving peppers.

You should be able to use the basic method of boiling vinegar and pouring over washed and sliced peppers in sterile jars for any kind of pepper.

I am also looking for a pepper recipe for canning. The one I am looking for would be like that of Vlasic salad toppers or zesty salad rings. If anyone has something on that order it would be greatly appreciated.
