Tim, I grew up in Germany, and had never heard of Halloween until we came to Canada. To me, October 31 will always be Reformation Day. I have written an article, "Halloween or the Reformation" on the topic of being called to be a reformer or a nonconformist. I think you will enjoy it. It fits in well with the subject of your article.
