More important than the spelling error of the word lightning is the fundamental misconception introduced. Magnetism is not caused by charges. Magnets do not have + and - ends. They have North and South ends. Electric charges exist individually (electrons and protons). There are no individual magnetic units or "monopoles". This is why when a bar magnet is broken in half, two North-South magnets result.
