We need help. My boyfriend has an 18 month old boy. Everytime he has a bowel movement, it is watery and loose, and he gets a rash on his belly or his chest all the time. I think it is a definite food allergy. I would like to know if anybody has this problem and what can we do about it. We are always giving him water to drink to hydrate him and he urinates all the time. He is not dehydrated. Please help. We are going to take him to the doctor, but I just want to know if anybody else has this problem.
