There's such a fear related to no safety when you need desperately to place your head on a pillow. No matter what, you can't rest completely. I still find myself with a small bag close to me--under my writing desk, with most all my valuables, in case I need to run.

So many reasons for homelessness--so many homeless.

Being broke makes you a victim, not evil, as your article pointed out. Thank you, Bea.

This is a frightening - yet reality of what has happened in my past, and what could hold true in the future.

It can - and does happen; why does it seem everytime you do your best, you still fall through those cracks?
