I have a three year old vine that has fruited this year for the first time,but would like to move it for next season,I live in the English midlands any advice please

Best transplanted in late dormancy. Not sure when that would be for you, it would be like mid February for me. You want to do it just before the sap starts running.

How would be like any woody plant or vine; take as much root mass as you can physically handle; replant to the same soil level it's now growing in; make sure it doesn't dry out the first season in the new ground.

Prune as you normally would, I think...I believe you prune grapes hard as a rule, don't you? I do not grow table grapes; so no experience pruning.

You willl lose roots so need to reduce top growth to compensate.

I would also amend the soil well in the new planting area.
