Chair rail in Nursery

Has anyone ever installed a chair rail in a nursery? I"m looking for away to break up the color of the walls. Possibly doing a light sage green on top and a pale yellow on the bottom. My only concern is that I have normally only seen chair rails in dining rooms.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It also looks good to put it further up on the wall. (about 3/4 the way up instead of down) I think that gives a different look. Have you thought about putting whitwainscoatatbeadboardrd)under the chair rail? That looks great too! DO THE CHAIR RAIL!
