Happy Birthday
This archived discussion is "read only".
» CrabApple - 40 Eileen,it seems like yesterday that I turned 40. A few days later than your birthday I will turn 60(4th July).Where have the years gone, how did it happen? I don't feel 60. How do you feel when you are 60? I hope I don't look 60? How should you look when you are 60? I remember when my youngest sister by 5 years turned 40. I rang her for her birthday, she said "I have joined you" I said what do you mean? she said "I have joined you over the hill" I said "You may be over the hill, but I'm not" and I must say I have never felt that I am over the hill. Happy birthday, and keep climbing that hill. Since your name, Eileen, or Helen means "bright light" in Greek, I will let you put on the other 30 candles. I didn't want this icecream cake to melt before it got to you, so I went easy on candles.-- posted by biogardener » Renie_Burghardt - Happy Birthday! They say that 40 is the old age of youth, and 50 the youth of old age. That means that in 10 years you'll be a youth again!Happy Birthday, Eileen! And many, many more!
