What surprised me was the arnica. I thought he meant as a lotio too - but he says it comes in tiny pellets that you let dissolve under your tongue.

I KNOW you'd like my new doctor - he is part of a Center for Integrative Medicine - all holistic practitioners who do everything from massage through psychotherapy to Reiki, teach Tai Chi and more. I can't fathom why an insurance company would have chosen someone like that as their evaluator - sitting in the lobby waiting to see him I felt better and better about my chances of success simply because I knew he'd look at something more than how tender my trigger points were.
