Does the book happen to mention an herb called Gutta Kola - or something along those lines? The doctor I just saw for my fibro evaluation recommended that to me, along with turmeric and ginger. And also arnica, which he said helps greatly with the aches and pains.

Luckily they are all available at our local health food store - and one of my favorite nurseries specializes in all kinds of healing herbs.
