» Renie_Burghardt - I'm Almost Ready To Quit! Hi Darlene, wow, I needed this article! I have tried to quit, Lord knows I have tried, and more than once, too. Now, I'm ready to try again, thanks to this great article.I think MY first step was reading this, and I'm ready for all the other steps you present. And the part of When a Smoker Stops Smoking really gives one the incentive. Hey, maybe it's not too late for me! Thank you so much for part 1 . Can't wait until next weeks article! -- posted by Renie_Burghardt » Purpleflame - Hi Darlene How did you know I needed this?I have been trying every method on the market to no avail. I am not a smoker, but your article is great! First paragraph made me wonder what you would have to say about it. I liked it!-- posted by Dubh_Sidhe » mastiffs2005 - Thanks! Thank you so much! Have a wonderful day and hope you come back by soon *smile*-- posted by mastiffs2005 » Angie - I'm almost ready to quit. I think I've been saying those same words for about 15 years now. I have tried many methods to quit and nothing has worked. I'm assuming that's because subconsciously, I'm really not ready to quit. Be that as it may, I read your article and I like your steps leading up to quitting. I think fear is one of my biggest stumbling blocks and your steps will give me the opportunity to deal with that fear while learning to relax and focus on my innermost self. I look forward to the next article.-- posted by Angie » mastiffs2005 - Angie... I'm so glad to hear from you and I do hope to see you Friday for the second article. I know for me, quitting was the most important thing I've ever done for me.Hugs and Best Wishes, -- posted by mastiffs2005
