Now at almost 1500 waiting times, average gone down to 56 minutes or so, still a 2-to-1 split in waits less than/over an hour. Long waits include lots of non-waiting time, like walking from one side of town to next. Will need to go over it with a toothcomb to get more accurate results. Will get back to you later.
