Pearl was quite the gal. Not sure I'm proud that she lived just a couple hours drive from where I do. I've been to Lindsay several times. It is a pretty little town.

What a story, Mary! Thanks for helping bring to light a fascinating woman who might otherwise be lost to history.

I have a soft spot for wild women, because I suspect my grandmother may have been one--but she never told us the whole story!

I'm glad that you enjoyed the article on Pearl Hart. Yes, she certainly was a wild woman. LOL

As a grandmother, I don't think I'd be telling my grandchildren about any wild escapades I had as a young woman. It might influence them to have a few wild times of their own. smile Maybe that is why your grandmother never told you the whole story!

Yes, another topic. Pearl was quite a gal, wasn't she. One escapade after another. I thought she would be unknown to most people who were interested in History's Wild Women.

I'm glad you enjoyed the article. Can you imagine leaving Canada and traveling as Pearl did way back then? She was quite the gal and certainly didn't conform to society's rules.
