I agree, this story was one of the most interesting ones I have worked on in a long time. Morris Frank was so attached to Buddy that when she died in 1938, she was buried with the harness that Morris used when he and Buddy were traveling throughout the country. In honor of her memory, Morris named the next four seeing-eye dogs he had, "Buddy."-- posted by malvasi
