was a remarkable man. I don't remember much history from school, but I remember learning about him. I enjoyed this read and am going on to Part II.

I like your graphic, Mary.

Jerri,

Yes, he was a remarkable man. Imagine spending your entire life studying plants. He was a pioneer in agriculture, that is for sure. The graphic is beautiful, isn't it? I love it.

Wendell,

LOL Well, I love North American history and know a lot about the past of Canada and the United States. I can tell you a lot about the US from the time that Jamestown was settled, right up to September 11th.

Canadian history is a bit different. We didn't have a Civil War, but did have the Red River Rebellion. We fought in both World Wars, Korea and Vietnam. When our US neighbors experienced the terror attacks on 9/11, my heart went out to you.

For some reason, Wendell, I have a keen interest in US history. Right now I'm studying the 13 Colonies. Interesting. I was taught US history in school, along with Canadian history. We studied the American Revolution when I was in fifth grade. I find the history of your country very interesting. I study people and past events of both the US and Canada.

Not many people are as keen on history as I am. Don't know where it came from either.

Thanks for dropping by. It's always nice to see you here. I'm looking forward to reading your next article.
