I find with my two we make it a 'special' day. We get to play dress up & play with different types of toys. We do volenteer work at Old Sydney Town a fair bit as well as WWI Anzac stuff as well (my son can name the uniform items of the average WWI Infantryman) :-).
Basically so long as you keep the little ones exited, they have fun. Mine are 3 & 4 Boy & girl.
