Revenge of the Red-TipsRead the article this discussion is about

» BettyPine - I live in southern California and a lot of the plants I have I got from cuttings from the surrounding neighborhood. I rent, and I've paid over the years several thousand dollars in removing horrid trees, and adding lawn. So I try and save where I can. I too go for things that are going to grow fast, and tall but with low maintainance. Now I'm trying to figure out what next to plant, and where to plant the new stuff.-- posted by BettyPine » emilylevitt - finding the right place for the right plant is a challenge. And there's always a plant ready to make a liar out of an expert. These silly red tips have probably given me more dollar value for their size than anything in the garden. Now if I can just get them to mind me, I'll be happy with them. -- posted by emilylevitt
