Wow, I just had to make a comment about Earth Way by Mary Summer Rain! I love her books! I've never met anyone else who even knew who she was *smile* And that Earth Way is a fabulous resource, isn't it?Great Article, once again!

I just got back in town and
This'll be a short note as I still have to shower and get some zzzzzzz's! Back to the grind *sigh*Renie - I've never tried using it as an appetite suppressant; but all the resources I have make mention of it being used (in the long ago) primarily for weight loss or to stave off hunger - so it should work!
Cheeky - I also thought I was alone in knowing who Mary Summer Rain was; I think her books are fantastic! Earthway is one of my faves, along with Phoenix Rising.
