My theory is this - handwriting will be replaced with a different form of writing.

Take for example in a few years from now, Microsoft's Tablet PC and PocketPC will be in everyone's reach and we are all force to write in a certain way. I can see my daughter writing on her MagnaDoodle running Windows operating system.

Kidding aside, I totally agree. I personally use the computer a lot and already find myself writing long letters a difficult task.
