Hi Robert, what an excellently informative article. I have embarked on a fitness plan, my goal-to lose 20 pounds. And in 2 months, I have lost ten, and am heading towards victory! It was soo difficult at first, but you know something? After a little over two months of eating low fat foods, and doing moderate exercise, it has become a welcome habit that I plan to continue.
