» Renie_Burghardt - Losing Weight

Hi Robert, what an excellently informative article. I have embarked on a fitness plan, my goal-to lose 20 pounds. And in 2 months, I have lost ten, and am heading towards victory! It was soo difficult at first, but you know something? After a little over two months of eating low fat foods, and doing moderate exercise, it has become a welcome habit that I plan to continue. I look forward to your future article on mainting weight. Thanks. Best wishes, Renie

My new article is about my effort to get and stay fit: http://www.suite101.com/article.cfm/4702...

By the way Robert, I went to your Webseed site and tried to access some of the new articles, but couldn't. Hope they will be up soon!

» mom2seven - Hello Robert

I am not in the over 50--not quite yet anyway. I was recently told by my doctor that I had to loose ten pounds. (Heart condition) I am stuck at six. Any suggestions?

is a reminder, for sure. Thanks, Robert. And congratulations, Renie! I need to follow your example.

Reader stuck at six: I'm not a healthcare professional, but I know there are times when weight drops stay stagnant for a while. Just hang in there and do a bit more exercise if you can. YOU CAN DO IT!

Jerri
