Oh for younger skin.
Why don't we take notice of our mothers and wear our hats and cover ourselves up to protect our skin from the sun. Years later we realize that she was right. How did she know, probably because she didn't listen to her mother either.I think the younger generation are covering up more. Younger healthy skin is also a matter of what we eat, what goes in shows on our faces, and I believe what we think and do also makes a big difference. If we are contented and doing a job we love, if this job takes us out of our selves time stands still defying the ageing process. Unfortunately most people do not live this idealic situation, but a few creative people do. When I was a potter I loved what I did and for me time used to stand still. Now I spend my time in the garden and in my studio, time stands still for me now too, but my time in the garden does not do a lot for my skin, although I do wear sun block, long sleeves and sometimes a hat if it is very hot. All this must be frustrating for you as you probably want to sell me some skin cream. I am in Australia and it would be too far for you to send it and with what our dollar is worth against yours it would be too dear for me.
