Several years ago I was diagnosed as a borderline diabetic and, guided by a dietician, got it under control by following diet guidelines similiar those that you describe in "Dealing with Diabetes." Thus I appreciate the value of your article. I plan to make Healthy Aging a regular stop.Thanks for visiting Pauline Studies and for the note that you left on the Discussion Board.

Paul,Thanks again for your support. I'm glad that the article was helpful. Diabetes is something that many do not take seriously enough until it is too late. I hope the info in my article gets some to pay close attention and take responsibility for their condition.
