» Jausten - Desra Dawn, Don't worry about Canadian Thanksgiving..just mak Desra Dawn,Don't worry about Canadian Thanksgiving..just make sure that your calendar is for 1998, but if you forget, I'll remind you by sending you to my Canadian Thanksgiving web page..*g..Besides, Christmas is coming and turkeys are eaten then, so I'm waiting to see your great stuffing recipe for my Christmas dinner. With my father-in-law being a diabetic, and having to watch the bad cholesterol for my husband and mother-in-law, it is nice to know that good recipes are going to be available for me to use for Christmas. That is, if I manage to get my act together and fix Christmas dinner this year. But what about all the goodies that I love to fix at Christmas time?..There must be a way to keep the good taste of cookies and bars without overloading our systems with sugar. Any recipes are welcome... Jausten, aka Cynthia -- posted by Jausten » MorningStar - Thank you Jausten for stopping by my home yesterday! I always en Thank you Jausten for stopping by my home yesterday! I always enjoy your visits! Yes, I did put the date on my 1998 calendar, but you just might have to remind me! You know how it is when the Fibro-Fog comes rolling in! Perhaps between the two of us, I will remember that your Thanksgiving holidays happen a month before our holidays. I will research my recipes for some really good Christmas goodies for you too! I know that I have some..... somewhere! The recipe that I will be giving for the Thanksgiving Day alternative to stuffing, is made from a grain called Millet! I use the brand of Millet by a company called Arrowhead Mills. I think I even have a bookmark for this company. I will look for it and if I do have it, or locate it in a search, I will include it in my Links and will let you know when I find it! Until then, if you can get by one of your health food stores where you live and purchase a bag of Millet, you will have it ready to use when I give the recipe two weeks from now. If you would like for me to send it to you BEFORE it is published here, just let me know. You might want to try it out before you actually serve it at your table during the Christmas holidays. It is a great recipe. I don't wait until the holidays to prepare it around my house. We eat this "stuffing" all the time around here! Hope to see you again soon dear Friend! Take care of yourself! In Friendship <*)))>< Desra Dawn Morning Star

Seeing a concept that general trademarked sets me back a bit. But then, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (along with maybe a hundred associated phrases) is trademarked, and that looks pretty basic to me. But it set me back a little. It will be interesting to see this develop further. I agree attitude is part of the cell's environment, and am pleased to see that recognized. It makes a difference how you go about that. For me, optimism decisively does not work, gratitude decisively does work, at improving my attitude, increasing my joy and strength. Now that I've said that I'd better remember it more often. If I get too grumpy, maybe somebody can ask me if I'm thankful for anything. Which reminds me: Now, let's see, why was it Desra Dawn wanted me to leave a message here? Oh, yeah, right, my keenly analytical approach to everything. I nearly forgot. ;-) Dan Ellsworth, Editor, "Christianity" -- posted by Dan_Ellsworth » MorningStar - No Dan! Your "keenly analytical approach to everything" is NOT t No Dan! Your "keenly analytical approach to everything" is NOT the only reason why I wanted to see you here! ;-) I hope that we have become Friends by now and I do love to see my Friends visit me whenever they can. I especially love my Friends who take the time to post at my page here. I have come to understand and communicate with you a little bit better, and I truly value your input at this Site. You are a blessing to me in more ways than one, in more ways than I can count, and in more way than I can adequately express! Yes, that is right I am at a loss for words! Can you believe that? Well, it is true! Desra Dawn reaches for a box of kleenex beside her desk, to wipe away the tears of happiness that have welled up in her eyes and promises to write Dan an E-Mail very soon with a surprise attached at the end of his letter! Can you guess what it is? See you later Friend! Yours For A Healthier Today! Desra Dawn Morning Star

Brought up as a skinny farm boy who had to be encouraged to eat more, even now over 40 years later I am astonished that I am not that little boy. I am now of the right height and weight for a pro football line position - but not nearly the right condition! So I have to keep nutrition near to my mind. All the better if I can do that near the lady with the fish signature, where we share more than nutritional discoveries.Guess? No - you are complex, you are unpredictable, you are ... well, yourself! I'll enjoy e-mail from you. Dan Ellsworth, Editor, "Christianity" -- posted by Dan_Ellsworth
