» Kaunis - 7 Habits of Success

Have you ever read the 7 Habits of Success by Steven Covey? It is a good book. Can you write something about making changes to set boundaries. I need help in that area.

Good idea. I'll have to keep that in mind for a future topic. Setting boundaries has a lot to do with habits. We get into the habit of regularly crossing other people's boundaries, or more importantly letting others cross our boundaries. I think the first step would be to write down where we want those boundaries to be. List what habits are blurring the boundaries, then think of healthier activities that could replace those habits.

For instance, a person might be habitually bailing others out of bad situations, jail, losing jobs, etc. What other activities could fulfill those needs of helping others?
