Hi Brenda, I must admit I'm not familiar with this fish. I don't believe I have ever seen it at the fresh seafod place that I frequent. When you say "tried to enjoy it," does that mean you did enjoy it? Now I'm really curious as to what this fish tastes like. Interesting recipe. Thanks!
