Does anyone have any views on proposals for law reform on the human rights situation in Kenya, with particular reference to the fact that State funded defence is not available on a charge of robbery/attempted robbery/going equipped for roberry, which I believe carries the mandatory death penalty?Note: state funded defence is available on a charge of murder.
