I asked you about pruning my hydrangea paniculata, and you advised me that I should prune all the way down to the ground. Well, now the two plants' branches are longer and more uniform than they have ever been! And I expect that when they bloom, it will be spectacular! Laurel Morris

Our camellias are coming out already.Do you know of any plant in the rock garden that gives you better value than the Rhodophoxis? They give you no trouble, always remain in their own space, quietly vanish and flower their little hearts out. Would you be Gay, Thanks for the comments about my photographs. Would you believe I am using an Cannon A1 That I bought in 1980 and it still going strong with no problems. I use a 28-80mm macro lens for close-ups, 50mm for normal shots and an 80-200mm for long distance shots.Michael. -- posted by Michael
