Hi first time gardener here. I have planted some jalepeno pepper plants that I purchased from my local nursery. They are growing great my only problem is now that they have begun to flower and produce peppers each pepper has a small hole in it. I cannot seem to find out what the problem is. The leaves are also chewed up. Can you help? Any help much appreciated.

Thank you

Jennifer

Could be aphids that like peppers or white flies. Do you see any pests on them at all? Try growing a different variety of pepper. If you have same problem then it's not the actual pepper variety.

Depends on what the spots look like. Cooperative Extension through local colleges can help identify the problem.
