I woke up this morning and an armadilla had dug up all my flowers in my flower bed-searching and eating night crawlers and worms-i would like to know a way to stop this from happening-it has become a real problem.i can't afford alot of fences.please help if you can-any advise truly appreciated! thanks talena

The only thing I can think of is to use pet hair around your flower beds and also to put down chickenwire when you first plant stuff. If you can. That way things can't dig down. They may try for awhile but then they get the picture. Another way is to buy a dog if you have a place for it near the flowers. Cats can't scare off armadillos.
