It was on the Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands. My attempts to upload a last article have been fruitless, due possibly to some change in rules. I therefor leave Suite101 on a note of frustration. It was good while it lasted.

Keep in touch, though in 2 weeks Kees and I are going away for another holiday. I will never forget meeting you both in Carol's garden.

The last e-mail from Barrie sounded the death knell of my continuing to write for Suite101. Once a month was fun. Forcing once a week sounds like work. Amateur status is over.
Local outdoor gardening season is over. You are about to start yours. Our first snowfall was last week.
