I am trying not to cut the hair on my head... my legs are easy to care for cause for some reason the hair doesn't grow on them nearly as quickly as it did pre-chemo... hmm another blessing in disguise.I tend to shave my legs less in the winter and more in the summer... lots of women do that I think. Once near Berkeley, California, about 1970, I noticed a young woman with a short skirt and decisively unshaven legs, an effect more like down than stubble. I was startled for not quite three seconds, then got over it. Sure, the effect was a little like, "What planet YOU from, Lady?" (So far have our perceptions been corrupted.) But then, I was happy to have her on OUR planet.I don't think Judy would let her leg hair grow, but that's for general social reasons, not mainly for me. As for me, she gives full encouragement to my beard, and I'd reciprocate if needed. (Her legs, not a beard.
