I came across a company on the internet http://www.shoelift.com that supply molded premium quality shoe lifts ( not the cut out type available elsewhere)

Anyways I purchased a starter pack and to my amazement these lifts are discreet and absolutely comfortable AND THEY WORK

I dont fancy going above the 1.5 inch model though
