You can set the options to read the emails ONLY on their site so your email address is not sent the ads. This makes them easy to find rather than filtering through the SPAM we get every day.
What I have done is set a filter on my email program to send all emails from this program to a special folder so I can read them at my leisure without logging onto their site.
All you have to do is click a link at the end of the email to verify you read it.
This is a great program for "speed readers!"
