Coloring Easter Eggs

The kids and I just tried these recipies this morning. The strong coffee and tumeric set colors brilliantly! No matter how long we cooked the red cabage, no color set on the eggs (I used 2T vinegar in each mixture). The blueberries and batch with cranberries had various effects but the color seemed to scratch off easily.It was fun and different.
